This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage Oracle WebCenter (Portal and Content), Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and Oracle Access Manager (OAM), which includes installation, configuration, patching, and performance optimization.
• Design, implement, renew, and troubleshoot SSL/TLS certificates as well as encryption configurations throughout the Oracle middleware ecosystem.
• Address requirements for data-in-transit encryption.
• Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager to oversee system health, availability, and performance across the middleware architecture.
• Lead the remediation of identified issues.
• Maintain OID/OAM configurations that support authentication, directory services, and single sign-on for Department of Energy (DOE) applications.
• Provide backup and cross-functional assistance across Oracle Database, WebLogic, APEX, Analytics, and Data Integrator.
• Implement federal security controls, including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP requirements.
• Assist in DOE cybersecurity audits and assessments concerning middleware and encryption.
• Collaborate with DOE program managers, security teams, and other Oracle product Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve system issues and promote continuous improvement.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Middleware in an enterprise or federal setting.
• Proven expertise in Oracle WebCenter, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and OID/OAM.
• Subject matter expert in SSL/TLS certificate management and encryption implementation within an enterprise middleware environment.
• At least a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (equivalent experience will be considered).
• Proficient knowledge of Oracle Database, WebLogic, APEX, Analytics, and Data Integrator.
• Experience in supporting Oracle middleware environments for the DOE or other federal agencies.
• Oracle certifications in WebCenter, Enterprise Manager, or Identity Management.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• A focus on AI and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance.
• Accessing DOE Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) or logging into the DOE network from outside the United States is strictly prohibited without appropriate authorization.
