ETQ Reliance QMS Functional Analyst, Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional and application assistance to end users.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to the ETQ Reliance Quality Management System (QMS).

• Manage and configure the ETQ Reliance platform.

• Design workflows tailored to business requirements.

• Collect and assess business needs.

• Develop, implement, and verify tests.

• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Support ongoing improvement efforts associated with the platform.

• Help maintain application stability and ensure alignment with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with the ETQ Reliance Quality Management System (QMS).

• Background in functional support and/or enterprise application assistance.

• Familiarity with workflow configuration and administration of the ETQ Reliance platform.

• Experience in gathering and analyzing business needs.

• Proficient in preparing, executing, and validating tests.

• Skilled in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Knowledgeable in SQL and SQL Server.

• Proficient with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical abilities for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency for collaboration with global teams.

• Resume should be submitted in English.

• Preferred: experience with automated and regression testing.

• Preferred: familiarity with Jenkins job monitoring.

• Preferred: experience in regulated environments and quality management systems.

• Preferred: understanding of Quality Management, CAPA, Document Control, and Compliance processes.

• Preferred: excellent communication and relationship management skills with business stakeholders.
