Oracle Implementation Consultant – Procurement, Sourcing & Cost Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist our international mid-sized clients with the execution and technical realization of procurement solutions.

• Configure and tailor Oracle applications in the domains of procurement, sourcing, and cost management.

• Convert business requirements into system solutions and functional or technical specifications.

• Implement systems across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Establish and modify workflows, approval processes, catalogs, and supplier portals.

• Aid in system integration topics (e.g., connections to ERP, finance, or logistics systems).

• Conduct testing activities (unit tests, integration tests, UAT) along with issue analysis and resolution.

• Assist with data migration, master data structures, and system go-lives.

• Provide end-user training and offer go-live support.

• Occasional travel to client locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training in business informatics, computer science, business administration with an IT focus, or a related field.

• Initial hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, or technical implementation of business processes.

• Understanding of procurement processes (S2P/P2P) and their representation in IT systems.

• Basic knowledge of at least one ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and ideally experience with interfaces, data structures, or workflows.

• Technical comprehension of data models, integrations (e.g., APIs, interfaces), and system architectures.

• A structured and solution-oriented work style with a strong affinity for IT systems.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in bridging the gap between business and IT stakeholders.
