Oracle HCM Technical Consultant – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with ongoing client implementations and enhancements related to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Journeys, Security, and integrations.

• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and deliver technical Oracle HCM solutions independently in dynamic client environments.

• Address complex configuration issues and develop scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical consulting.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A consulting mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to follow-through.

• Proficient in managing multiple client priorities and deadlines effectively.
