Oracle HCM Functional – Oracle Cloud Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement and provide support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll for clients in the US.

• Set up Payroll, Payroll Definitions, Payroll Relationships, Payroll Statutory Units (PSU), and Legal Employers.

• Establish Payroll Elements, Element Eligibility, Input Values, Balances, Balance Feeds, and Fast Formulas.

• Organize Payroll Calendars, Payroll Periods, Payroll Flow Patterns, and Payroll Processes.

• Configure Earnings, Deductions, Taxes, Benefits, and Garnishments.

• Manage Cost Allocation, Payroll Costing, and Payroll Accounting.

• Set up Payroll Validation, Payroll Balances, Retro Pay, QuickPay, and Payroll Adjustments.

• Assist with Payroll Processing, Payroll Reconciliation, Payroll Archive, and Payslip generation.

• Handle US Payroll Tax configurations, including Federal, State, Local taxes, FUTA, SUTA, FICA, Medicare, Social Security, and W-2 reporting.

• Configure Payroll Security, Roles, and Data Access.

• Create Fast Formulas for Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.

• Develop BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and HCM Extracts.

• Upload data using HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and HSDL.

• Work on Payroll Integrations utilizing REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OIC, and HCM Extract.

• Conduct SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and provide Production Support.

• Diagnose payroll processing issues and liaise with Oracle Support (SRs).

• Draft Functional Design Documents (FDD), Configuration Documents, and User Training Materials.

• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Technical teams.
