Oracle HCM Consultant/Senior Consultant, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary functional authority for designated Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

• Spearhead the resolution of intricate functional and technical challenges, including root cause analysis and cross-module troubleshooting.

• Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, advising them on best practices, optimization opportunities, and strategic planning.

• Configure, test, and document advanced system modifications, enhancements, and reports.

• Direct the design of new functionalities, ensuring they align with client needs and Oracle best practices.

• Supervise quarterly updates, regression testing, and assessments of release impacts.

• Manage and troubleshoot system integrations while collaborating closely with technical teams.

• Partner with Oracle Support and third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues.

• Provide functional requirements and validation for integration updates.

• Lead client meetings, workshops, and discussions around solutions.

• Conduct end-user training and develop high-quality support documentation.

• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities.

• Mentor and evaluate the work of Consultants and junior team members.

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the development of best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of consulting or HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Extensive knowledge in Workforce Management: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence.

• Strong grasp of HR processes and inter-module dependencies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead client discussions, design solutions, and independently manage complex issues.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
