This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for designated Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

• Spearhead the resolution of intricate functional and technical challenges, including root cause analysis and inter-module troubleshooting.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices, opportunities for optimization, and roadmap planning.

• Configure, test, and document sophisticated system modifications, enhancements, and reports.

• Lead the design of new functionalities, ensuring they align with client needs and Oracle best practices.

• Oversee quarterly updates, regression testing, and evaluate the impact of releases.

• Manage and troubleshoot system integrations in close collaboration with technical teams.

• Work alongside Oracle Support and third-party vendors to address escalated issues.

• Provide functional requirements and validation for integration updates.

• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.

• Deliver training for end-users and produce high-quality support documentation.

• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

• Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities for automation.

• Mentor and review the work of Consultants and junior team members.

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the development of best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of consulting or HRIS experience in supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Extensive expertise in Workforce Management, including Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence.

• Strong grasp of HR processes and inter-module dependencies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead client discussions, design solutions, and independently manage complex issues.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
