• Oversee the lifecycle of Supply Planning applications (such as Oracle SCP Cloud Supply Planning, Backlog Management, Replenishment Planning, etc.), including managing vendor relationships.
• Cultivate, maintain, and manage relationships with internal Supply Chain business partners, ensuring alignment in vision, strategy, and tactical actions.
• Comprehend current business initiatives and take responsibility for identifying opportunities for process standardization that deliver measurable value impacting AAJV business performance.
• Manage DT programs, projects, and agile initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams or external consultants.
• Collaborate with various business functions to facilitate end-to-end system implementation or improvement initiatives (design, test, deploy, and sustain).
• Partner with business associates to identify improvement opportunities that enhance the utilization of digital solutions throughout the organization.
• Work alongside AAJV leadership and business SMEs to pinpoint data and analytics gaps; collaborate in designing, specifying functions, testing, and rolling out reports and dashboards.
• Establish key performance indicators, set milestones, and create a reporting cadence.
• Ensure that application development aligns with company standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the sustainability of DT applications.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver and maintain digital solutions.
• Follow, adhere to, and enhance DT systems, processes, and procedures.
• Develop high-performing teams by leveraging functional and technical leadership skills.
• Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and developmental opportunities to both direct and indirect reports.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP), including Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, and/or Backlog Management, or expertise in Oracle EBS/ERP (SCM module – Materials Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), project management, and ERP functional expertise or configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a field related to information systems (master’s degree in science or business is preferred).
• Extensive experience with Materials Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics processes and tools, as well as other business processes such as finance and sales.
• Proficient in Process Design and Architecture within Supply Chain modules (Procurement-to-Pay, Item Master and BOMs, Work Orders, Inventory Management and Control, Logistics, and Integration with Oracle Financials & Order to Cash).
• APICS or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with DT Change Management practices and Product Life Cycle Management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Visio flowcharting and MS Access is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
