This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of Oracle Fusion advisory projects for healthcare clients, which includes offering implementation support, designing processes, and conducting project assessments.
• Analyze business needs, create functional designs, craft process designs, prototype solutions, conduct testing, deliver training, and establish support protocols for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or enhancement initiatives across functions such as: Inventory, Purchasing, Requisitioning, Vendor and Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, and interactions with Accounts Payable and Finance.
• Formulate and implement unit and system testing strategies.
• Foster cross-team design and development through functional guidance and mentorship.
• Assist in diagnosing issues and processes while actively pursuing effective solutions.
• Identify and support Supply Chain initiatives related to business processes, data conversion, data retention, and integration tasks.
• Contribute to business development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in other pursuit initiatives, collaborating with relevant resources from different service lines.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP Finance and SCM implementation is required.
• At least two complete lifecycle implementations using Oracle Fusion Finance or SCM.
• Oracle Fusion certification in Finance and SCM is mandatory.
• Proven leadership skills in managing project teams and client relationships.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Familiarity with ERP system concepts and general module functionalities.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integration methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in office productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project is a plus.
• Ability to engage with healthcare professionals and staff at all levels in both individual and group settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• A team-oriented mindset with the capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
