Oracle Fusion Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and architecture of complete solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Develop and sustain solution architecture that aligns with business needs and industry best practices.

• Create and document solution designs, which encompass data models, integration points, and security configurations.

• Steer the Oracle Fusion implementation process from gathering requirements to deployment and post-go-live support.

• Provide guidance to implementation teams and ensure that project milestones are achieved.

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

• Conduct requirements workshops, deliver solution design presentations, and lead status meetings.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for Oracle Fusion-related issues.

• Establish and uphold architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

• Evaluate existing systems to uncover opportunities for improvement, optimization, and cost reduction.

• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion features and technologies, including AI and Redwood Design, and promote their adoption.

• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and enterprise systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in the IT sector.

• A minimum of 5 years in a solution architect role focused on Oracle applications.

• Experience in an international manufacturing setting.

• Demonstrated experience with at least two complete Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

• Extensive knowledge of multiple Oracle Fusion modules.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Oracle Cloud Certification is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.

• An MBA is an advantage.
