Oracle Fusion HCM Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary functional support resource for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate production issues and user inquiries.

• Analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions effectively.

• Manage service requests, incidents, and enhancement requests following established SLAs.

• Monitor system performance while identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.

• Maintain system configurations and uphold organizational standards.

• Support, maintain, and optimize various Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition teams.

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system enhancements.

• Advise stakeholders on Oracle-delivered functionalities and best practices.

• Support workforce management, talent processes, and initiatives to enhance employee experience.

• Review Oracle quarterly release documentation and evaluate impacts.

• Coordinate regression testing and user acceptance testing.

• Document changes and communicate the impacts of releases.

• Recommend the adoption of new Oracle Cloud functionalities.

• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.

• Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, compliance reporting, and audit requests.

• Investigate data discrepancies and perform data validation.

• Assist business users with reporting and dashboard needs.

• Support HCM security roles, data access controls, and segregation of duties.

• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and system documentation.

• Ensure employee data confidentiality and adherence to regulatory compliance.

• Develop and execute test scripts for enhancements and quarterly updates.

• Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, process flows, and knowledge articles.

• Support training initiatives and provide guidance to end-users.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in supporting Human Capital Management systems.

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud support.

• Strong experience in supporting multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

• Experience in managing production support issues, enhancements, and release activities.

• Proficient in OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting tools.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification preferred.

• Experience in supporting global HCM environments preferred.

• Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and REST/SOAP integrations preferred.

• Experience in supporting payroll-related integrations and downstream systems is preferred.
