Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The role involves serving as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, focusing on the functional implementation of the ERP system, specifically the Oracle Fusion HCM module.

• Provide support for HCM business solutions within Oracle.

• The position requires an individual contributor who can engage with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts, effectively communicating how to integrate Oracle technologies for optimal business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, including at least 6+ years of direct hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules (any two of the following: Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, Security, ORC, Compensation, Talent).

• Ability to configure the assigned module under the guidance of the Solution Leader.

• Capable of identifying and documenting discrepancies between requirements and the functionalities delivered.

• Skilled in identifying business requirements and aligning them with Oracle Fusion applications.

• Proficient in identifying functionality fits and gaps, and developing solutions to address those gaps.

• Experience in performing unit testing for all functionalities, including staging test scenarios, and conducting unit tests on technical objects before client delivery by documenting test outcomes.

• Responsible for creating runbooks for all technical objects and analyzing as well as resolving technical queries during project execution by offering functional guidance to the technical team.

• Must possess experience with Oracle HCM modules.

• Should have completed at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

• Strong functional (process) knowledge in the relevant areas of work is essential.

• Solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL is required.
