Oracle CX Technical Architect

📋 Description

• The Oracle Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly focusing on Oracle CX applications, to ensure compliance with both business and technical standards.

• This position offers strategic insights into system architecture, integrations, Oracle Redwood user experience, and solution enhancement.

• The architect works closely with both business and technical stakeholders, spearheads development initiatives, and delivers scalable, high-quality Oracle solutions.

• Develop and execute architecture for Oracle Cloud applications, emphasizing Oracle CX solutions.

• Lead integration efforts utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and other relevant integration technologies.

• Design and enhance Oracle Redwood user experiences along with UI modernization projects.

• Provide guidance to development teams regarding Oracle best practices, technical architecture, and solution design.

• Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Carry out performance tuning and optimization for Oracle Cloud applications.

• Ensure the successful implementation of Oracle solutions while maintaining alignment with architectural standards and business goals.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration designs, and implementation artifacts.

• Tackle complex technical issues with innovative and practical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, including a background as an Oracle Technical Architect supporting Oracle Cloud applications, particularly Oracle CX.

• Practical experience with Oracle Redwood UX and principles of modern Oracle Cloud user interface design.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise system integrations.

• Proven track record in system integration, performance optimization, and enterprise architecture.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with successful execution of large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
