Oracle CX Sales – Redwood

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the management and support of Oracle CX Sales applications with Redwood UI enablement.

• Aiding in the activation of Redwood features through functional setups, opt-ins, and configuration modifications.

• Addressing end-user challenges related to Redwood UI and facilitating seamless adoption.

• Conducting functional testing during quarterly releases and updates for Redwood.

• Providing support for UI personalization and standard configuration using Oracle tools.

• Collaborating with business users to clarify Redwood UI modifications and promote adoption.

• Developing user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for Redwood updates.

• Supporting regression testing and validating system performance after releases.

• Working together with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

• Ensuring that Redwood UI aligns with business processes and user experience standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript event listeners for managing UI interactions.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with Git for version control.

• Skills in repository management.

• Familiarity with workspaces and branching strategies.

• Ability to manage code migration across different environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).

• Basic understanding of web UI customization and troubleshooting techniques.

• Awareness of out-of-the-box (OOTB) AI functionalities in Oracle CX Sales / Fusion Cloud.

• Experience using Oracle Application Composer for extending and customizing CX Sales applications (fields, objects, page layouts, business logic).
