This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a deep understanding of clients’ current business processes and propose future-oriented solutions.
• Identify areas for performance improvement and suggest strategic roadmaps along with high-level implementation plans.
• Collect, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements.
• Align business needs with industry best practices to provide scalable technical solutions.
• Establish new business processes and enhance existing operational workflows.
• Present analytical insights and recommendations to client stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Design and develop Oracle applications, including dashboards, visualizations, and semantic/data models.
• Architect enterprise analytics solutions utilizing OAC, FDI, ADW, OTBI, and BIP.
• Create and develop enterprise data sources and reusable reporting assets.
• Develop and maintain ETL/data integration processes using ODI and associated technologies.
• Design and enforce security models and data governance standards within Oracle analytics environments.
• Establish best practices, standards, and methodologies for Oracle analytics and data platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in analytics, cloud data architecture, and Oracle technologies.
• Contribute to Peloton's methodologies, processes, and intellectual property.
• Collaborate within cross-functional and client-facing project teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge sharing across the practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and/or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• 1–2 years of direct implementation experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• 1–2 years of direct implementation experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Proven experience in performing complex data analysis and presenting insights to business stakeholders and executives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise analytics architecture, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented consulting environment.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic client setting.
