This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Offer expertise across all aspects of the Employee Navigator platform, along with any other alternative technology platforms.
• Establish and uphold standardized internal procedures for data collection templates and client-specific benefit regulations.
• Conduct testing scenarios during the implementation phase to verify system accuracy.
• Collaborate with service providers to initiate Electronic Data Interfaces as needed.
• Deliver technology education and enrollment assistance during open enrollment periods.
• Assist internal Account Executives and Benefit Strategists with their technology requirements.
• Develop and sustain the process workflow related to the Benefits technology implementation process.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in a technology/systems position within the health insurance sector.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.
• Proficient in using a PC and possess advanced knowledge of software necessary for task completion.
• Software proficiency must encompass the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher.
