OPI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address and assist with all inquiries between CMS CSR’s and the general public

• Offer telephonic interpretation services for customer service inquiries in languages other than English

• Translate from English to the target language or vice versa

• Ensure confidentiality of all interpretations and translations

• Safeguard the integrity of information related to Personal Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

• Comply with relevant Federal Privacy and Security regulations, particularly HIPAA and the Privacy Act

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in both languages (English and target language)

• A comprehensive vocabulary that includes formal language as well as colloquialisms and slang

• Residency in the United States

• Valid U.S. Work Authorization, Permanent Resident Card, or U.S. Citizenship
