This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

• Promote product adoption by identifying opportunities within secondary care and priority centers.
• Collaborate across functions (Commercial, Medical, Market Access) to create cohesive account strategies.
• Convert insights into actionable strategies, providing feedback on market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
• Advocate for excellence in customer engagement through a structured, value-based selling methodology.
• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector in a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager position within the UK market.
• Demonstrated sales success and strong commercial insight, with the ability to take ownership and show resilience in achieving results.
• Experience in account management with a solid understanding of the assigned territory, preferably in hospital environments.
• Proficient in influencing multi-stakeholder decision-making and maneuvering through complex healthcare systems.
• Sound knowledge of UK healthcare systems and market access processes.
• Proven track record of engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in both primary and secondary care settings.
• ABPI qualified (essential); experience in ophthalmology and/or product launches is advantageous.
