• Represent the complete ophthalmology product portfolio of Regeneron.
• Establish connections with key business decision-makers and KOLs in assigned accounts.
• Educate and influence clients, including large provider practices and private equity groups.
• Operate within the framework of an integrated account business plan.
• Assume an account management role, working both independently and with the ED Ophthalmology Accounts.
• Provide education on, administer, and facilitate provider contracts.
• Relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Optimize customer engagement, outreach, and contract education.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reimbursement, and other internal teams.
• Gather customer insights on the Regeneron GPO program and communicate this to leadership.
• Present regular updates on contract performance to customers.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
• 10-12 years of progressive industry or relevant professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related fields.
• Previous experience in launching new Specialty Pharmaceutical or Biologics products or indications.
• Established knowledge and relationships with key executive-level decision-makers from retina and other market GPOs and institutional trade partners.
• Prior experience in retina account management or brand development.
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence peers and management effectively.
• Strong communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and content creation.
• Demonstrated results-driven approach.
• Proven strategic planning skills, including event planning and meeting facilitation.
• Understanding of financial concepts and contracting issues, along with the ability to assess contract performance.
• Demonstrated skills in managing outsourced vendors.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%, including weekends when necessary.
