This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee calendars, email communications, meetings, and ongoing workflows.
• Coordinate projects, establish timelines, and manage team follow-ups.
• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows.
• Maintain dashboards, generate reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Organize files, systems, and documentation efficiently.
• Assist in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tracking leads.
• Help coordinate and schedule social media activities.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
• Ensure that tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Recognize inefficiencies and propose improvements to processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a remote Virtual Assistant (VA).
• At least 1 year of experience in leadership, coordination, or team management.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in project management.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Dependable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
