Operations Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage primary email and occasional phone communications with external laboratories concerning flavors, scents, raw materials, and testing protocols.

• Collaborate directly with contract manufacturers through email to oversee production timelines, track lead times, and coordinate logistics.

• Investigate, evaluate, and source alternative laboratories, ingredient suppliers, and manufacturers to establish backup options or facilitate expansion.

• Record, organize, and uphold documentation of vendor communications, laboratory results, ingredient specifications, and operational processes.

• Collaborate with internal Product and Operations teams to synchronize external timelines with product launches and inventory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in operations, supply chain, or vendor management.

• Preferred experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food/beverage, beauty, or chemical testing.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate ingredient testing, specifications, or production runs with external partners.

• Proficient in professional C1/C2 written and spoken English.

• Capable of independently troubleshooting tools.

• Skilled in creating organized documentation systems.

• Able to manage workload independently while working remotely.
