Operations Support – Dispatch Monitor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee active transport and dispatch operations during designated shifts

• Ensure that drivers perform equipment checks before reaching customer locations

• Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with drivers via phone and WhatsApp

• Monitor driver activities, job progress, and delivery status

• Execute equipment and operational status assessments

• Quickly respond to incoming client job requests through email and group chat platforms

• Coordinate dispatch updates and ensure timely action on tasks

• Escalate any operational issues, delays, or concerns when necessary

• Maintain precise records of communications, dispatch updates, and task progress

• Ensure that operational instructions are accurately followed by drivers and contractors

• Assist the operations team in reducing missed jobs and service delays

• Contribute to enhancing dispatch processes and operational workflows

• Manage ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics support, operations coordination, customer support, or similar fast-paced roles is preferred

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Excellent response time and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure

• High attention to detail along with robust follow-through capabilities

• Capability to monitor multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously

• Comfortable in a highly dynamic operational setting

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in WhatsApp, email communication, and group chat coordination

• A reliable internet connection and an appropriate remote work setup are required

• Experience in transport, logistics, freight, or dispatch environments is highly advantageous
