This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Mentor and cultivate employee growth.
• Ensure enhancement and adherence to quality assurance processes.
• Maintain and promote operational procedures alongside compliance.
• Oversee employees' overall performance; keep precise records of their work performance.
• Evaluate the feasibility of all requests and their associated impacts, both analytical and technical.
• Communicate all modifications and improvements effectively.
• Follow and implement company policies and procedures diligently.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees in accordance with company policy and operational procedures.
• Ensure prompt and professional resolution of any client or customer issues.
• Foster and maintain a positive working relationship and communication with leadership, clients, and customers.
• Stay updated on clients, accounts, and industry trends.
• Use sound judgment to safeguard confidential company information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years).
• At least 1 year of relevant team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in computer applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• This role includes direct supervisory responsibilities.
