This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations, providing support to the business during high-demand periods.

• Manage the admin panel and update inventory as needed.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and player support.

• Provide operational assistance during busy hours.

• Engage in content creation and manage social media platforms.

• Perform additional operational and administrative tasks as required.

• Relevant experience in areas such as hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or marketing.

• Outstanding English communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• A strong passion for customer service.

• A friendly and positive attitude, demonstrating a team-oriented mindset.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required.

• A keen interest in football is considered a significant advantage.

• Experience working abroad or with international companies is a plus.

• Prior hospitality experience is an added advantage.
