📋 Description

• Manage customer service inquiries and facilitate daily back-office operations.

• Assist with various operational tasks and administrative updates as required.

• Ensure availability and operational support during the CST/CDT time zone.

• Utilize ChatGPT or similar tools for efficient, clear, and courteous customer communication.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with users and players.

• Generate basic social media content, including videos, posts, and captions.

• Aid in posting and updating social media accounts.

• Contribute to maintaining an online presence and fostering community engagement.

• Support the License Owner in enhancing Stranger Soccer’s visibility in Houston, Texas through operational assistance, customer engagement, and digital marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.

• Basic understanding of social media content creation and management is essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Conversational to fluent proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Must be responsible, responsive, detail-oriented, and a team player.

• A passion for football is a significant advantage.

• Availability that aligns with the operational needs of US Central Time (CST/CDT).
