This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead and cultivate high-performing teams;
• Ensure the accomplishment of operational objectives and quality metrics;
• Track and evaluate KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, FCR, Service Level, AHT, and Average Wait Time (AWT);
• Formulate action plans for ongoing improvement;
• Address conflicts, provide feedback, and foster team engagement;
• Guarantee excellence in customer service and operational outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education (Pedagogy), or related fields;
• Prior experience as an Operations Supervisor in a Call Center, Contact Center, or BPO;
• Experience in managing operational metrics and developing teams;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
• Flexibility in scheduling: must be available for shifts starting at 1:30 PM;
