Operations Supervisor – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive growth, develop a robust team, and create a positive impact within the designated market.

• Lead the hiring and onboarding of technicians in collaboration with centralized recruiting and training teams.

• Conduct field-based shadowing while providing real-time coaching.

• Facilitate check-ins and performance evaluations for technicians.

• Assist technicians in achieving certification and compliance standards.

• Cultivate a connected and motivated team culture through continuous engagement initiatives.

• Monitor key performance indicators such as attendance, appointment fulfillment, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

• Ensure the effective execution of Belle’s care model and scope of practice.

• Oversee documentation audits and address quality concerns as necessary.

• Track technician availability and aid in schedule optimization.

• Report any safety concerns, policy violations, or compliance issues as required.

• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Member Experience teams regarding escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in managing a field-based or remote team, ideally in healthcare, retail, or service industries.

• Familiarity with scheduling, attendance, or workforce management tools is advantageous.

• Must reside in South Georgia and be willing to travel locally to support Community Health Workers (CHWs) in the field (15–25% expected).
