This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Relationship Management β Cultivating and sustaining a positive working relationship with all stakeholders or departments while representing the unit in a professional manner. Participating in regular calls and acting on behalf of the unit for designated tasks.
β’ Team Handling β Leading a team of BDCs and fostering a positive atmosphere among team members to enhance overall team satisfaction.
β’ Service Delivery β Guaranteeing the timely fulfillment of tasks for all teams, encompassing both voice and non-voice operations.
β’ Quality Management β Upholding the quality of work produced by the team and implementing corrective actions to enhance quality on a consistent basis.
β’ Business Excellence β Recognizing areas for process improvement and collaborating with the Operations Lead to ensure the timely execution of these projects.
β’ Training & Development β Ensuring the team possesses the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage their responsibilities.
β’ Reports & MIS β Guaranteeing that Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS and Pipeline Reports are promptly distributed to all relevant stakeholders. This aspect of the role is highly critical, and the candidate must exhibit strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
β’ A bachelor's degree in any discipline along with relevant work experience of 7+ years.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce β Preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office β Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
