Operations Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of a travel consultant team.

• Manage key performance indicators (KPI) and workload, offering support and coaching.

• Serve as the main point of contact for team members, actively coaching and developing the team.

• Work with performance data to enhance the team's effectiveness.

• Create learning programs to address both short- and long-term competency gaps.

• Supply clients with essential industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.

• Stay updated on necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Daily monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues to ensure quality control.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in the corporate travel management sector.

• Relevant supervisory experience.

• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
