This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Act as the primary business lead for the development and upkeep of Enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Evaluate and document workflows, pinpointing vulnerabilities in processes and organizational frameworks.
• Gather and assess data to support recommendations aimed at enhancing workflows.
• Create business requirements for significant projects.
• Identify, execute, and assess initiatives designed to boost efficiency, Net Promoter Score (NPS), First Call Resolution (FCR), and the overall employee experience.
• Collaborate with the Operations Leadership Team, the Manager of Escalation/Quality Assurance, IT, and the Corporate Training Team to discover and propose improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and implement specific tools, processes, and procedures for accurately gauging operational advancements.
• Ensure that effective processes are established for interactions with key internal stakeholders.
• Previous experience with Global Operations is preferred.
• Background in the Health Insurance industry and international experience (whether professional or personal) is a notable advantage.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and expertise in data analysis.
• Possess a keen ability to identify process deficiencies.
• Exceptional listening, verbal, written, and telephone etiquette skills for business communication.
• A strong customer service mindset, investigative skills, and the confidence to lead team transformations.
• Excellent facilitation and analytical problem-solving skills along with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Strong collaborative abilities to work across departments to address inquiries and effectively engage with all levels within the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
