Operations Specialist – Inventory, Listings, Account Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist the Brand Operations Manager in tracking inventory levels to maintain ideal weeks of cover and prevent stock shortages or excess stock.

• Aid in replenishment planning considering sales velocity, seasonality, and forecast insights from the Brand Operations Manager.

• Keep an eye on aged inventory and support initiatives to minimize long-term storage fees.

• Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely inbound shipments.

• Contribute to listing optimization, including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ content utilizing Helium 10, Data Dive, and other keyword research tools.

• Execute keyword research based on search volume, difficulty in ranking, and competitive gaps.

• Assist with ASIN-level analysis to uncover opportunities for enhancing traffic and conversion rates.

• Aid in testing and refining listings to improve organic rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates (CVR).

• Ensure that keyword distribution across listings adheres to SEO best practices and avoids duplication.

• Support creative requests and A/B testing initiatives for listing content, images, and other elements aimed at boosting conversion.

• Monitor keyword rankings and search term performance, sharing insights with the Brand Operations Manager.

• Facilitate daily Seller Central operations, including listings, inventory, and account oversight.

• Assist in resolving listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and catalog issues.

• Manage and escalate Seller Central cases related to operational and compliance concerns as necessary.

• Track Buy Box status and external pricing to identify potential issues that could impact sales performance or Buy Box ownership.

• Monitor customer reviews and ratings, flagging recurring feedback themes that may necessitate action.

• Assist in audits of FBA shipments, fees, and discrepancies.

• File and monitor Amazon reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or missing inventory.

• Oversee inbound shipments and help investigate any receiving issues.

• Support analysis of ASIN-level performance, including sales trends, sessions, conversion rates, contribution margins, and inventory flow.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

• Provide actionable operational insights to enhance listing and inventory performance.

• Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and keyword strategies using tools such as Helium 10 and Keepa.

• Track Best Seller Rank and category trends.

• Identify market gaps and share recommendations with the Brand Operations Manager to elevate listing positioning.

• Collaborate closely with the Brand Operations Manager, marketing, creative, and supply chain teams.

• Assist in product launches, listing updates, and international expansion initiatives.

• Coordinate with design teams for A+ content and image optimization requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in supporting Amazon Seller Central operations.

• Strong expertise in listing optimization and keyword research.

• Practical experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, Keepa, or similar tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking factors, and content optimization.

• Experience in inventory planning and FBA operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of A+ Content optimization and strategies for improving conversion rates.

• Familiarity with product launches and strategies for ranking support.

• Experience in monitoring Buy Box status, pricing, reviews, and reimbursement claims within Seller Central.
