This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Oversee Service Delivery and Operational Excellence.
• Implement HR, PRO, and GRO services for clients, including visa processing, employee registration, insurance issuance, certificate renewals, and residency management.
• Ensure exceptional accuracy and timeliness in all assigned tasks and services.
• Keep all systems and trackers (ClickUp, internal CRMs, Excel sheets, etc.) updated with a minimum of 95% accuracy.
• Deliver services through government platforms such as QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Engage with government entities (MISA, MC, MOFA, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) both online and in person as needed.
• Maintain and improve documentation, SOPs, and process checklists to guarantee consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Record working hours in relevant tracking systems and uphold an optimal utilization rate.
• Ensure all deliverables and updates are systematically documented for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Address operational bottlenecks or delays and coordinate solutions within your scope of responsibilities.
• Stay informed about changing regulations and adjust workflows accordingly.
• Share insights and updates with colleagues to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong comprehension of HR, PRO, and GRO processes within Saudi Arabia.
• Proficient in using government portals such as QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and similar systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Proven capability to manage multiple requests while maintaining quality and compliance.
• A proactive learner who excels in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapts to new systems or regulations.
