Operations Specialist – Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ensure seamless fulfillment to provide the best possible customer experience.

• Take ownership of fulfillment operations and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (cancellation rate, customer complaints, processing/throughput times).

• Manage the integration between our systems and external shipping/logistics partners.

• Identify potential for automation.

• Serve as the knowledgeable point of contact for Intersport members/retailers regarding complex fulfillment challenges and conduct onboarding training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations.

• Strong experience in managing fulfillment processes and utilizing Order Management Systems (preferably EVA, Tradebyte).

• Passionate about data and rely on KPIs to guide your decision-making.

• Proficient in both German and English, maintaining composure when addressing complex troubleshooting situations.

• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization without waiting for instructions.

• German: fluent; English: minimum B2 level.
