This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Clean, organize, and validate datasets related to suppliers and products utilizing Excel.
• Conduct data quality assessments to identify inconsistencies, missing values, and formatting errors.
• Create formula-driven models employing pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, and IF functions.
• Ensure all datasets are structured, scalable, and reproducible without hard-coded values.
• Compare extracted data against source documents to confirm accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies prior to deployment to prevent issues.
• Engage with US-based suppliers to enhance platform interaction (not through cold outreach).
• Adhere to structured communication scripts while continuously improving delivery.
• Monitor supplier feedback and diligently follow up to ensure task completion.
• Keep detailed communication records and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop confidence and professionalism in phone interactions.
• Maintain accurate supplier and product records on the platform.
• Facilitate the end-to-end execution of sourcing events.
• Aid in onboarding new clients and managing workflows effectively.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
• Progress towards independently managing client accounts based on performance.
• 1–3+ years of practical experience using Excel in a professional setting.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, IF formulas, and data cleaning techniques.
• Strong English communication abilities (both spoken and written), with confidence in telephone conversations.
• Capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
• Energetic, proactive communication style with a strong commitment to follow-through.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt swiftly, and grow within the role.
• Experience in consulting (1–2 years preferred).
• Background in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with data analysis using Python.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
