
Operations Specialist – Creative Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and uphold clear and scalable processes: Establish and maintain essential processes, documentation, onboarding materials, and communication channels that enable the Creative Production team to operate efficiently as it expands.
• Ensure team organization and alignment: Assist in maintaining the team’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence by coordinating check-ins, planning sessions, status updates, and follow-ups. Clarify priorities, blockers, ownership, and next steps.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with producers, strategists, platform teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow, proper documentation of decisions, and prevention of lost dependencies between teams.
• Leverage AI and automation to minimize manual tasks: Identify repetitive operational activities that can be automated or supported by AI agents, such as status tracking, reminders, reporting, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups. Partner with AI and MarTech teams to develop smarter, more scalable workflows.
• Background in operations, project management, production operations, business operations, or a comparable field.
• Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple workflows at once.
• Experience in creating processes, documentation, and operational systems from scratch.
• Exceptional follow-through and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
• A systems-thinking approach: you instinctively seek out patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancing workflow efficiency.
• A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and operational tools.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, project management tools, AI agents, automation platforms, or similar operational systems is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above.
