This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist with billing, project configuration, and revenue operations processes.
• Generate, verify, and distribute invoices using QuickBooks.
• Ensure precision and punctuality in all billing activities.
• Conduct monthly invoice reconciliations between QuickBooks and HubSpot.
• Detect and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial consistency.
• Set up and manage projects in Kantata, ensuring accurate financial information and project configurations.
• Evaluate completed projects to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Aid in month-end closing procedures, including project finalizations and archiving.
• Analyze project needs and assist in team/resource allocation for optimal implementation.
• Maintain consistency between project execution and billing frameworks.
• Spot opportunities to enhance workflows in billing, reporting, and project management.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven insights and reports to enhance operational decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Project Management, and Delivery teams.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks, including invoicing and reconciliation.
• Experience in supporting billing, revenue operations, or financial workflows.
• Demonstrated capability to handle high-volume, deadline-oriented tasks.
• Strong attention to detail concerning financial data.
• Familiarity with Kantata or comparable PSA tools.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
• Background in service-oriented or project-oriented businesses.
• Experience with month-end closing procedures.
• Background in remote, cross-functional team environments.
