This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of records pertaining to vendors, purchase orders, shipments, and product information.

• Manage inventory invoices and conduct a 3-way match with purchase orders.

• Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations and address any discrepancies.

• Apply landed costs to both shipments and inventory transfers.

• Guarantee precision and consistency in both operational and financial data.

• Uphold clean and dependable data across spreadsheets and internal systems.

• Detect inconsistencies, gaps, and errors within workflows.

• Continuously enhance workflows to minimize manual tasks and inefficiencies.

• Develop straightforward systems, automations, or processes to boost efficiency.

• Clearly document processes to enable scalability and repetition.

• Provide support for wholesale, retail, and operational expansion efforts.

• Assist with various ad-hoc projects such as research, reporting, and coordination.

• Work collaboratively with teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Aid in bookkeeping and month-end tasks related to inventory management.

• Utilize tools like QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
