Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of HubSpot administration from start to finish.

• Ensure CRM hygiene and uphold data integrity.

• Assist with sales operations, which includes deal tracking, reporting, and documenting processes.

• Contribute to overall business operations.

• Develop and sustain operational reports and dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with HubSpot.

• Proven track record in maintaining CRM hygiene and managing pipeline and forecasting data with exceptional accuracy.

• Strong operational acumen.

• Effective communicator capable of collaborating across time zones in a fully remote setting.

• Preferred: Experience with SQL or data analytics; familiarity with constructing reports from raw data.
