This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The Operations Specialist is accountable for managing the recruitment process for both quantitative and qualitative projects, assisting US Project Managers to ensure that studies are delivered according to client specifications.
• The Operations Specialist collaborates with team members to successfully execute the project, taking full responsibility for the sampling components of assigned projects.
• Assists in managing the technical execution throughout a project’s lifecycle.
• Aids with programming, link testing, translations, fieldwork setup, and coordination with partners.
• Manages up to 30 active projects to maintain expertise and experience in market research recruitment.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of recruitment methodologies for studies; coordinates with fieldwork coordinators and project managers to optimize available options for maximum effectiveness.
• Develops a sampling plan for the designated projects.
• Conducts regular project reviews and alerts project managers to any challenges that may arise.
• Provides recruitment updates to the project management team as requested.
• Ensures project completion aligns with the timelines set by the client.
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to maximize their effectiveness in supporting project deliverability.
• Maintains 100% accuracy and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
• Fosters collaborative relationships across departments to ensure insights are effectively communicated and understood.
• Requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and achieve effective outcomes.
• Keeps M3 outsourced project recruitment rates and costs within established KPIs.
• Achieves client satisfaction scores above target levels.
• Participates in the internal kickoff (IKO) and prepares the client kickoff (CKO) presentation.
• Manages partner coordination, encompassing external liaison communications and ongoing updates.
• Oversees the translation process and performs thorough link checks.
• Submits surveys to the programming team.
• Attends all client calls to ensure alignment and offer support.
• Assists in troubleshooting any link-related issues.
• Sets up automated data exports as necessary.
• Provides client contact information to the Quick Charts team for setup.
• Submits partner request forms as required.
• Oversees internal recruitment efforts in conjunction with the custom recruitment (CR) team.
• Coordinates and schedules pre-tests.
• Collaborates with the fieldwork team to resolve any questions or issues.
• Reconciles counts for invoicing purposes and ensures alignment with partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in assisting or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel with strong skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility in assigned tasks.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
• Comfortable with change, capable of identifying opportunities amid uncertainty, and possesses analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Maintains 100% accuracy and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, as the role entails working across various projects to achieve effective outcomes.
• Preferred experience with complex market research projects, which may include intricate sampling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of English grammar rules.
• Experience with email marketing automation and familiarity with email marketing best practices.
• Must be willing to work during US shift hours.
