This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver daily operational support for program initiatives, which encompasses communications, coordination, and documentation.
• Oversee and process incoming customer applications from the initial intake stage to final completion, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with program standards.
• Navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to guarantee consistent and compliant program execution.
• Analyze and interpret existing data reports, providing actionable insights and process enhancements to operations leadership, as needed.
• Aid in routine and ad-hoc data collection activities to assist with internal analysis, audits, and performance monitoring.
• 3-6 years of pertinent industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Must meet all DOT qualification requirements and adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
