This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Manage and send follow-up communications with clients.
• Collaborate with editors to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

• Maintain an organized, updated, and actionable ClickUp environment.
• Monitor client payments and follow up as necessary.
• Organize and maintain structured folders in Google Drive.
• Assist in the seamless execution of daily operational tasks.
• Excellent written English skills—you convey information clearly and professionally.
• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
• Dependable executor—you follow instructions and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Adaptable—you can quickly adjust as processes change.
• Resourceful—you find solutions independently without needing constant guidance.
• Proficient with tools such as ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack, and others.
• Previous experience in operations, coordination, or virtual assistant work is highly advantageous.
