Operations – Special Projects Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage various projects from the initial planning stages to their execution.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ensure stakeholder accountability.

• Facilitate operational initiatives across diverse business functions.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners involved in ongoing projects.

• Create and maintain operational trackers, reports, and project documentation.

• Assist in the formulation, documentation, and enhancement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Recognize opportunities for workflow improvements utilizing technology and AI-enabled tools.

• Provide executive assistance, which includes preparing for meetings, scheduling, tracking follow-ups, and administrative coordination.

• Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and next steps to internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• Two to seven years of experience in operations, project coordination, business administration, hospitality, construction, commercial real estate, or a related sector.

• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.

• Self-driven problem solver with robust follow-through and sound judgment.

• Experience in developing processes, documentation, trackers, or operational systems.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and technology to enhance business operations.
