Operations, Special Projects Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate various projects from the planning stage through to execution.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and the accountability of stakeholders.

• Facilitate operational initiatives across diverse business functions.

• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and external partners involved in active projects.

• Create and maintain operational trackers, reports, and comprehensive project documentation.

• Assist in the formulation, documentation, and enhancement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Spot opportunities to streamline workflows using technology and AI-driven tools.

• Offer executive support, which includes preparing for meetings, scheduling, follow-up tracking, and administrative coordination.

• Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and next steps to internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.

• Between two to seven years of experience in operations, project coordination, business administration, hospitality, construction, commercial real estate, or a similar field.

• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Self-driven problem solver with a strong follow-through and sound judgment.

• Experience in developing processes, documentation, trackers, or operational systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and technology to enhance business operations.
