Operations Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Support the onboarding process for transportation partners

• Manage daily transportation schedules and provide assistance to parents and school districts

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Supervise vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations

• Ensure a safe environment for all passengers

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Technical proficiency in generating reports and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
