Operations & Project Manager – Roofing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the daily operations of the roofing company

• Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and estimating tasks

• Create and organize effective routes for our roofing technicians

• Equip the sales team for success with well-planned, efficient routes

• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to their ongoing development and refinement

• Propel process improvements across the organization as we expand

• Engage with customers via phone — everyone in our team interacts with clients and takes ownership of service

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in the trades, specifically in roofing (including repairs, tear-offs, and both residential and commercial work)

• Hands-on experience with the specific operational aspects mentioned: scheduling, estimating, routing, and SOPs

• Strong instincts for process and organization — capable of transforming chaotic situations into smooth operations

• Professional and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone

• Self-motivated and dependable — able to take the lead with minimal supervision

• Ambition to advance into a COO position
