This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of, develop, and manage your own startup in areas such as Agentic AI.

• You will undergo a comprehensive personal development journey designed by successful unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program to enhance your goal, time, and energy management skills.

• You will gain assistance in hiring through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will receive rigorous coaching to prepare your startup for attracting millions in funding.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit and receive support in establishing a sales force or a marketing engine as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or are willing to relocate.

• You are prepared to take full ownership of your own startup and scale it to revenues exceeding €100M.

• You possess outstanding communication skills in English.
