📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the firm's operational framework and assist Harper James in scaling efficiently, consistently, and commercially.

• Oversee legal operations, spearhead AI-driven transformation within the legal teams, enhance client delivery, and establish the systems, processes, and leadership capabilities necessary for the next phase of growth.

• Guide Group Heads and legal delivery teams to elevate performance, consistency, and accountability.

• Create a scalable operating model that encompasses capacity planning, utilization, quality, and service delivery.

• Promote the adoption of AI, automation, and improved workflows to boost productivity and client outcomes.

• Enhance client experience, retention, and service standards throughout the firm.

• Cultivate leadership capabilities, succession planning, and knowledge-sharing among the legal teams.

• Direct major transformation initiatives that foster growth, improve margins, and ensure operational resilience.

• Uphold strong operational governance, risk management, and regulatory controls as the business expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven executive-level operational leadership experience.

• Demonstrated experience in leading large operational teams through substantial change.

• Strong commercial insight and an understanding of how to foster scalable, profitable, and sustainable growth in a private equity-backed business.

• Expertise in enhancing operational performance through technology and data, along with a deep knowledge of legal technology, workflow automation, or AI-enabled service delivery.

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
