This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Developing scalable operational systems and workflows.
• Creating KPI dashboards and establishing accountability rhythms.
• Enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
• Recognizing and removing bottlenecks.
• Fortifying hiring processes, delegation, and organizational structure.
• Converting strategic objectives into actionable weekly execution plans.
• Mentoring owners to lead through data-driven insights rather than instinct.
• Assisting businesses in becoming less reliant on owners and more scalable.
• Over 12 years of experience in operational leadership.
• Direct experience collaborating with founders or business owners.
• Full accountability for business operations.
• Experience assisting businesses with annual revenues ranging from approximately $1M to $35M+.
• Proven success in developing systems, KPIs, and accountability measures.
• Strong financial and operational business knowledge.
• Capability to manage multiple client relationships concurrently.
• Experience working with various organizations or serving as a Fractional COO is an advantage but not mandatory.
