• Arootah collaborates with a carefully selected network of experienced operators to assist clients within the alternative investment sector.

• Advisors are assigned to project-focused engagements when client requirements align with their expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chief Operating Officer or a comparable senior leadership position in a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office.

• In-depth knowledge of investment firm operations and infrastructure.

• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, developing teams, and driving execution.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to function both strategically and in a hands-on manner in fast-paced environments.
