Fintech Co-Founder – COO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

• You will take ownership, develop, and operate your startup in sectors such as Fintech.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders, following a fully tailored program that enhances your management of goals, time, and energy.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs.

• You will undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.

• You will refine your product with our support until achieving product-market fit and receive assistance in establishing a sales force or developing a marketing engine.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or are open to relocating.

• You are ready to take full accountability for your startup and scale it to over €100M in revenue.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
